PyroBuilt wants customers to have a simple and transparent experience when shopping through www.pyrobuilt.us. This policy explains our return and refund procedures.

14-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Items must generally be unused, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition. Original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, or other included materials should be retained whenever applicable.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact sales@pyrobuilt.us with your order number, product name, and reason for the return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the information, PyroBuilt may offer a replacement, replacement parts, repair assistance, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Items That May Not Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items specifically prepared or modified for a customer.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

When a return is necessary because of our error, a verified defect, or shipping damage, PyroBuilt will cover applicable return shipping costs.

For returns caused by personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refund Processing

After a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to complete the refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted before an order is shipped.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, the standard return procedure may apply.
